FAITH TRAINING is a subsidiary organisation tasked with providing all the necessary training needs to future employees of the company as well as ensuring all current officers are fully supported with any additional training needs either in the classroom or on site.
The company possesses its own training facilities recognised by SKILLS FOR SECURITY and the NATIONAL OPEN COLLEGE NETWORK. Francis Cole heads the fully accredited team of trainers responsible for delivering the appropriate levels of training to everyone involved with COLE SECURITY SERVICES.
In addition FAITH TRAINING offers training opportunities to individuals and other companies.
