The company has a specially trained workforce that is vetted in conformance to industry standards BS7858 and enhanced CRB, providing a specialised service to a variety of private and public sector clients, and is currently engaged with an assortment of blue chip companies and educational establishments throughout the Northwest Region.
COLE SECURITY SERVICES LTD has a Quality Assurance Manual and Quality Assurance Procedures in place to cover all aspects of Manned Security. In addition performance is monitored on a regular basis via :-
Management reviews to analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of systems and controls established within the company.
Staff appraisals.
Internal and external audits to ensure compliance against the approved standards.
These documents and procedures were reviewed in September 2008 and passed as compliant with BS EN ISO 9001:2000.
