Quality Policy Statement

Cole Security Services Limited is an acknowledged sector leader in the provision of manned security and related services. Our goal is to achieve total customer satisfaction and we will strive to establish an environment of mutual trust and understanding.

For these reasons we are committed to complying with customer’s and other requirements as a minimum, and to continually improving the effectiveness of our procedures and Quality Management System which satisfy all the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008, BS 7499: 2002, BS 7858: 2006 and BS 7984:2008.

Objectives for quality are set and reviewed as per the documented procedure in the Quality Manual, but generally overall quality objectives are set and reviewed as a result of opportunities for improvement which have been identified at the Management Review, although quality objectives may be set outside of this forum at any time by the Managing Director in reaction to circumstances which present themselves.

This Quality Policy is reviewed for continuing suitability at the Management Review. It has been presented to all members of the company, is made known to all new employees at induction, and is displayed appropriately.
